RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE AMERICAN REVO-
LUTION BICENTENNIAL COMMISSION OF TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is authorized to execute a matching grant application
with the American Revolution Bicentennial Commission of Texas for
funds in the amount of $3,500 to finance a locally composed and produced
Bicentennial symphony and ballet to be performed in 1976, said symphony
and ballet being approved projects of the Wichita Falls Bicentennial
Commission.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of January, 1975.
