RESOLUTION CONTINUING CITY-COUNTY HEALTH
UNIT FOR TWO YEARS, APPOINTING MEMBER TO
BOARD OF HEALTH, AND CONFIRMING COUNTY
APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF HEALTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. The Wichita Falls City-County Health Unit
shall be continued as a city-county health unit under Article
4436a-1 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas for the two (2)
year period from January 1st, 1975 through December 31st, 1976.
SECTION 2. Kenneth C. Bebb, M.D. , is hereby appointed a
member of the Wichita Falls City-County Board of Health for a
term of two (2) years, commencing January 1st, 1975.
SECTION 3. The appointments by the Commissioners Court
of Wichita County of Dr. Roger Humphrey and Mr. C. J. Lippard
as members of said Board of Health for two (2) year terms,
commencing January 1st, 1975, are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of December, 1974.
