RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT OF
LEASE AGREEMENT, AMENDING LEASE WITH
FUNLAND, INC. BY ADDING ADDITIONAL LAND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Third Amendment of Lease Agreement, a
copy of which is attached hereto, wherein the City of
Wichita Falls and Funland, Inc. amend that certain lease
contract dated July 12th, 1965, by adding additional land
to the leased premises, is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 8TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1974 .

THIRD AMENDMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 12th day of July, 1965, a
certain Contract was entered into by and between the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, hereinafter called "City" , and Wichita
Falls Funland, Inc. , hereinafter called "Funland" ; and,
WHEREAS, Funland has requested that additional land
immediately east of, and adjacent to, the leased premises be
added to the leased premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Funland do hereby agree as
follows:
That certain Contract between the parties dated July 12,
1965 is hereby amended so that Paragraph 1 shall include within
the portion of said park on which City grants to Funland the
non-exclusive use, that area shown in red on the plat which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by
reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
presents to be executed this the clay of October, 1974.
