RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE 1974
SEAL COAT PROGRAM TO HEBER BRANTLEY CO. , INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for performing the 1974 Seal Coat Program; and,
WHEREAS , one bid was received, from Heber Brantley Company ,
Inc. in the amount of $35,000, which bid is reasonable and should be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Heber Brantley Company , Inc. in the amount of

35,000 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with Heber Brantley
Company, Inc. for the performance of the 1974 Seal Coat Program.
