BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls : That, the City of Wichita Falls,
speaking by and through its Board of Aldermen, opposes
the institution of collective bargaining procedures for
municipal employees and urges all citizens to carefully
review this matter and vote against the same on September 10,
1974.
