RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRAZING LEASE ON
UNUSED PORTION OF ROSEMONT CEMETERY PROP-
ERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, for
the City of Wichita Falls, a grazing lease to Fred Bryant on
that certain tract of land containing approximately twelve
12) acres, being that unused portion of Rosemont Cemetery
property heretofore leased to Bryant for use as pasture.
The lease shall be for a term of five (5) years, with the
provision that either party may terminate the lease at any
time by giving the other party sixty (60) days notice in
writing. The rental for such lease shall be $100. 00 per
year, payable in advance.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2ND DAY OF JULY, 1974.
