RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO INTERSTATE
PAVING CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of certain improvements at Wichita
Falls Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that
the low bid of Interstate Paving Corporation in the amount
of $109 ,463. 15 is the lowest and best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Interstate Paving Corporation in the amount
of $109, 463. 15 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute for the City of Wichita Falls a con-
tract with Interstate Paving Corporation for the construc-
tion of such airport improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF MAY, 1974.
