RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF ZACK BURKETT CO.
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF EMERGENCY ROADS AT LAKE KEMP.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls advertised
for bids for the construction of emergency roads at Lake Kemp;
and,
WHEREAS, five (5) bids were received, and it is found
that the bid of Zack Burkett Co. in the amount of eighteen
thousand five hundred sixty dollars ($18 , 560. 00) is the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, that:
The bid of Zack Burkett Co. in the amount of
eighteen thousand five hundred sixty dollars ($18 ,560. 00)
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract with Zack Burkett Co. for the
construction of emergency roads at Lake Kemp.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of December, 1975.
