RESOLUTION NO. /737
RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT TO TEXAS ELECTRIC
SERVICE COMPANY IN JAYCEE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
That certain easement for an electric distribution
line, a copy of which is attached hereto, to Texas Electric Service
Company, covering a strip of land in Jaycee Park, is hereby approved,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute and deliver the same
for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of November, 1975.
