RESOLUTION DENYING AUTHORITY FOR A PROGRAM
FOR PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES
IN EMPLOYEES ' ASSOCIATIONS.
WHEREAS , after having considered the advisability of
authorizing a program of dues checkoff for employees ' asso-
ciations, the Board of Aldermen has found that such a pro-
gram is not in the best interests of the citizens and tax-
payers of the City of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Authority is hereby denied to institute a program of
payroll deductions for membership dues in employees ' asso-
ciations.
