RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH
WICHITA COUNTY PROVIDING DATA PROCESS-
ING SUPPORT OF THE VOTER REGISTRATION
SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute for
the City of Wichita Falls a contract with Wichita County,
whereby the City will provide to the County data processing
support of the voter registration system. Under such con-
tract, City will process and maintain the voter registration
files of County for ten cents per registration processed.
Print-outs of registered lists will be furnished the County
for its use in handling elections; other interested parties,
if approved by County, may receive print-outs with this in-
formation for a charge of one hundred dollars per request.
County shall at its expense provide the forms to City as
needed for processing. City will provide services of stuff-
ing envelopes for a fee of one-fourth cent per envelope pro-
cessed.
County will be billed by City on an annual basis, and
the first bill will be sent out March 1, 1976 . The term of
the contract shall be for the period ending the last day of
February, 1980.
