RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
WATER PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS AND CITY OF LAKESIDE CITY,
INCREASING THE RATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The First Amendment of Water Purchase Contract between
the City of Wichita Falls and the City of Lakeside City, which
Water Purchase Contract is dated April 13, 1970, which amends
Section 2 . 0 to increase the commodity water rate from fourteen
and one-half cents per one hundred cubic feet to eighteen cents
per one hundred cubic feet beginning October 1, 1975, is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of October, 1975.
