RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF PALCO, INC. FOR
INSTALLATION OF NEW BOILER AT HEALTH CENTER.
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore advertised for bids for
the installation of a new heating boiler or, in the alterna-
tive, repair of the old heating boiler, at the Wichita Falls
City-County Health Center; and,
WHEREAS , three bids were received, and the Board of
Aldermen finds that the net bid of Palco, Inc. in the amount
of $7 ,325. 00 for installation of a new boiler is the lowest 1
and best bid, and should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Palco, Inc. in the sum of $7 ,325 .00 for in-
stallation of a new boiler is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with

Palco, Inc. for the installation of the new boiler.
