RESOLUTION ESTABLISHINNG FEES FOR PERCOLATION
TESTS BY THE HEALTH CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
The following fees shall be charged by the Wichita Falls
City-County Health Center for conducting percolation tests;
for such a test within the City, except at Lake Arrowhead, the
fee shall be $25. 00 ; for such a test at Lake Arrowhead or a
location outside the City limits , the fee shall be $25.00 plus
15 cents a mile for the distance traveled from and back to the
Health Center.
