AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AND RELEASING A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED ON TRACT "A",
BLOCK 4, A REVISION OF PARK AREAS NOS. 1,2,3, AND
4, DITTOE HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deem it advisable and in the public interest to permanently
abandon and release a portion of a utility easement hereinafter
described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The utility easement hereinafter described as
a 10' utility easement centered on the south line of Lot 25, Block
4, of a Revision of Park Areas Nos. 1,2,3, and 4, Dittoe Heights Addi-
tion and extending from the southeast corner of said Lot 25 in an
easterly direction to the west right-of-way line of Armory Road,
be and the same is hereby perm:,n ntly abanuoned and released.
