RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO TIMMINS-
ANDERSON CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of certain improvements at Wichita Falls Municipal
Airport; and,
WHEREAS , three bids were received, and it is found that the low
bid of Timmins-Anderson Corporation in the amount of $120,023.73 is the
lowest and best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Timmins-Anderson Corporation in the amount of
120,023.73 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with Timmins-Anderson
Corporation for the construction of such airport improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1976.
