RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY SERVICE CONTRACT
NO. F416127690056 FOR SALE OF WATER TO SHEPPARD
AIR FORCE BASE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Utility Service Contract No. F416127690056 between the
City of Wichita Falls and the United States of America, where-
by the City sells water to Sheppard Air Force Base, is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of July, 1976.
