RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA TO PROVIDE FOR THE UNDERTAKING OF AN
URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION TECHNICAL STUDY
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute for the
City of Wichita Falls a contract with the United States of
America to provide for the undertaking of an urban mass
transportation technical study project with Federal Government
financial assistance to the City of Wichita Falls in the form
of a technical study grant, under Section 9 of the Urban Mass
Transportation Act of 1964, as amended.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of March, 1976.
