AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-14 AND 7-15 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, ADOPTING THE 1969 EDITION OF THE SOUTHERN
STANDARD BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO WIT:
SECTION 1. Section 7-14 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read as follows :
"Sec. 7-14. Southern Standard Building Code - Adopted.
The publication entitled 'Southern Standard Building
Code' , 1969 Edition, a copy of which, authenticated by the
signature of the City Clerk, is on file in the City Clerk' s
Office, is hereby adopted as the ' Building Code of the City
of Wichita Falls ' , as fully as if copied at length in this
chapter."
SECTION 2 . Section 7-15 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended by deleting the words "Southern Standard Building
Code, 1965 Edition" where they appear in said section, and sub-
stituting in lieu thereof the words "Southern Standard Building
Code, 1969 Edition" .
