AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT
ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1,
SOUTIIWINDS ESTATES, SECTION 1.
WHEREAS, there is a five foot utility easement on Lot 6, Block 1,
Southwinds Estates, Section One, and adjacent to the soutL line thereof, and ,
WHEREAS, the owner of the property has constructed a house
which encroaches on a portion of the easement, and,
WHEREAS, the said owner has requested that the easement be
closed, and,
WHEREAS, all utility companies have been contacted and hove
stated that they have no objection to the abandonment of said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The five foot utility easement on Lot 6, Block 1, Southwinds
Estates, Section One, adjacent to the south property line be and is
hereby closed and abandoned.
