AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER
061-4113 AND ACCOUNT NUMBER 061-4421, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Unappropriated General Fund the sum of $3, 600.00 which shall be
placed in Account Number 061-4113, and the sum of $500.00 which
shall be placed in Account Number 061-4421.
SECTION 2 . The fact that these amounts are now due
and that they are essential for the immediate use of the City of
Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
