A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR POCKET OF
POVERTY FUNDS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1977 (PUBLIC,
LAW 95-28)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to complete and file an
application for Pocket of Poverty funds under The Public Works Employment Act of
1977 (Public Law 95-28). The application shall contain all documentation and
certifications required by the Act and by the Regulations issued thereunder by
the Economic Development Administration.
