RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CON-
TRACT WITH DUKE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR
CONCRETE SLAB FOR HAMILTON PARK TENNIS CENTER
COURTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Duke Concrete
Construction Co. entered into a contract dated May 26, 1977 ,
whereby such contractor was to construct a concrete slab for
four tennis courts at Hamilton Park Tennis Center; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such contract
should be changed to provide for an additional 538 square
feet of reinforced concrete slab at $1. 14 per square foot,
for a total of $613. 32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1, a copy of which is attached hereto,
to said contract, is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of August, 1977.
