RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF JAMES McKINNEY FOR
CONCESSION RIGHTS AT WILLIAMS PARK AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
JAMES McKINNEY.
WHEREAS, on July 28, 1977, James McKinney submitted a
bid for the grant of concession rights at Williams Park
founded on the agreement to pay ten percent (10%) of gross
sales to the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls deem it advisable to grant to James McKinney the con-
cession rights for Williams Park for one year following the
execution of the concession contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of James McKinney in which he agrees to pay
ten percent (10%) of gross sales to the City for the grant
of concession rights at Williams Park is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a con-
tract with James McKinney granting him the concession rights
at Williams Park for a period of one year.
