RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE
COMPANY BILL OF SALE FOR 605 HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM
VAPOR LIGHTING SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT
OF $28 ,414. 05 FOR SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Bill of Sale, whereby Texas Electric Service
Company conveys to the City of Wichita Falls a 605 high
pressure sodium vapor lighting system, is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to pay Texas Electric
Service Company the sum of $28 ,414. 05 for such Bill of Sale.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of April, 1977.
