RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALBERT T. NICE MUNICIPAL
JUDGE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Albert T. Nice is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
of the City of Wichita Falls for a term of two years, begin-
ning March 7, 1977, with an annual salary of $17,500. 00.
