RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR NEW ROOF FOR
SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a new roof for the senior citizens center;
and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that
the bid of H & H Construction is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of H & H Construction, bidding on 325 lb. shingles,
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with H & H
Construction for the construction of such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of January, 1977 .
