AMENDING SECTION 3-3 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
MAKING CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE RATES, RENTALS
AND CHARGES AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 3-3 of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended so that it shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 3-3. Rates, rentals and charges prescribed.
The following rates, rentals and charges are hereby fixed
and established at the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport:
Hangar area:
Hangar No. 1.
Ground Floor: (17,425 square feet) -
35 cents per square foot per annum;
Upstairs, North Portion: (1,282 square
feet) - 30 cents per square foot per annum;
Upstairs, South Portion: (720 square feet) -
20 cents per square foot per annum.
Hangar No. 2 . (24,045 square feet) - 31 cents
per square foot per annum;
Hangar No. 3. (15, 000 square feet) - 31 cents
per square foot per annum.
Administration Building area:
General Office Space: (1, 125 square feet) - $2
per square foot per annum;
Lobby Space: (1, 500 square feet) - 45 cents
per square foot per annum;
F.A.A. office space: (2, 554 square feet) -
$3.65 per square foot per annum;
Weather Bureau office space: (1,228 square feet) -
$2 .19 per square foot per annum
Terminal Building area:
Air Central Airlines $ 87. 50 per month
Texas International Airlines 797.00 per month
Continental Airlines 381.00 per month
Restaurant space Highest of $350.00
per month or 5% of
gross receipts up
to $10,000.00 plus
10% of gross re-
ceipts above $10,000.

Commuter Airlines $20.00 per month per
scheduled flight.
Ramp fee $3. 50 per day for
overnight stay.
Parking Concession:
Highest of graduated guaranteed annual rental or 25%
of gross receipts in excess of $40, 000.00 plus 50%
of gross receipts in excess of $60, 000 .00 plus 75% of
gross receipts in excess of $80, 000.00.
Bulk Fuel Plant Facilities Rental - $500.00 per annum.
Fuel Flowage Fee:
(For all fuel sold except fuel
delivered to Airlines and except
first 2, 000 gallons per month
used by FBO) .
3-1/2 cents per gallon First 300, 000

SECTION 2. As a new operator is taking over the fixed
base operation at Municipal Airport, and in order to maintain con-
tinuity in operations, this measure is adopted as an emergency
measure and shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
