A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT
ACTION GRANT FUNDS UNDER TITLE I OF THE HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1977
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
An application for Urban Development Action Grant funds under Title I
of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1977 is hereby approved, and
the City Manager is authorized and directed to complete and file the application
for such grant with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The City
Manager is further authorized to execute any necessary documents requested to
carry out and complete such grant. The application shall include all documenta-
tion and assurance certifications which are required by the Act and by the
Regulations issued thereunder by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
