RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO
CONTRACT WITH POWER BUILDERS, INC. FOR CON-
STRUCTION OF JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Change Order No. 2 , a copy of which is
attached hereto, to the contract with Power Builders, Inc.
for the construction of Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant
waste disposal facilities is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of March, 1978 .
