RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO
THE CONTRACT FOR JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Change Order No. 1 to the contract with
Power Builders, Inc. , for the Jasper Street Water Treatment
Plant Waste Disposal Facilities project, a copy of which
change order is attached hereto, is hereby approved, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the
City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of February, 1978.
