RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH THE STATE
OF TEXAS AND THE FORT WORTH AND DENVER RAILWAY
COMPANY, PROVIDING FOR GRADE CROSSING WARNING
SYSTEMS AT THE SEVENTH STREET CROSSING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto, between the State of Texas, the Fort Worth and Denver
Railway Company and the City of Wichita Falls, dated November
23 , 1977 , which provides for the installation of grade cross-
ing warning systems at the Seventh Street railway crossing,
is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December,
1977.
