TION OF NORTH TEXAS SKILLS CENTER, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Articles of Incorporation of North Texas Skills Center,
Inc, a non-profit corporation being incorporated under the laws
of the State of Texas, are hereby approved.
