RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF COCA-COLA BOTTLING
COMPANY OF WICHITA FALLS FOR FURNISHING SOFT
DRINK VENDING SERVICES AT VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES.
WHEREAS , heretofore the City of Wichita Falls advertised
for bids for a contract for furnishing vending machine opera-
tions at various city facilities, including the Central
Garage facility, the Bus Barn facility, the Health Unit facil-
ity, the Sanitation Department Building, the Street Department
Building and the Park Maintenance Barn; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that
the bid of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Wichita Falls is the best
bid for furnishing soft drink vending services at those city
facilities mentioned above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Wichita Falls
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to exe-
cute a contract with Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Wichita
Falls for the furnishing of soft drinks and soft drink vending
machine operations at the Central Garage facility, the Bus
Barn facility, the Health Unit Building, the Sanitation
Department Building, the Street Department Building and the
Park Maintenance Barn.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of November, 1977.
