RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF RESTROOMS
AT LYNWOOD EAST PARK AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAY-
MENT TO FULTON IRBY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Fulton Irby Con-
struction Company entered into a contract dated April 7 ,
1977 , wherein the contractor, Fulton Irby Construction Com-
pany,agreed to construct restrooms at Lynwood East Park; and,
WHEREAS, said construction has been completed in accord-
ance with the plans and specifications of the City; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for such construction was
11,798. 00, final payment of which is now due in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of restrooms at Lynwood East Park is
accepted by the City of Wichita Falls and the City Manager
is directed to pay to Fulton Irby Construction Company the
amount of $11,798. 00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 1977.
