AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-21 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES PROVIDING A FEE FOR CERTIFICATE FOR
APPLICATION FOR ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT OR LICENSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 4-21 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls is hereby amended so that it shall read as
follows:
"Before the City Clerk shall sign any certificate for
an applicant for a permit or license under the Texas Liquor
Control Act, such certificate shall be submitted to the
Planning Department to assure that the application complies
with this article. A fee of $25.00 shall be charged by the
City Clerk for signing any such certificate to defray the
costs to the City."
