AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-71 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, PROVIDING
FOR ELECTRICAL INSPECTION FEES OF THE ELECTRICAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1 : Paragraph (A) of Section 14-71 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended, changing the minimum fee from two
dollars ($2.00) to five dollars ($5.00) .
SECTION 2: Paragraph (D) of Section 14-71 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended, changing the minimum fee from three
dollars ($3.00) to five dollars ($5.00) .
SECTION 3: Paragraph (F) of Section 14-71 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended, changing the minimum fee from three
dollars ($3.00) to five dollars ($5.00) .
