AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
OF ARTICLE VI (PARKING METERS) CHAPTER 29 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls is hereby amended by adding a new Section 29-154,
which shall read as follows:
"Section 29-154. Every person who shall be convicted of
violation of any provision of Article VI of Chapter 29 of the
Code of Ordinances shall be punished by a fine of not less than
$2.00 nor more than $200.00."
