ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEE FOR COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL OF DEAD LARGE ANIMALS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has contracted with an
individual contractor to collect and dispose of dead large animals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby established a fee of $12. 50 for the collec-
tion and disposal of each dead large animal within the city of
Wichita Falls. This fee shall be paid by the owner of such
animal, and shall be paid either directly to the City of Wichita
Falls, or to such contractor for remittance to the City of Wichita
Falls. The term " large animals" shall include horses, mules,
donkeys, cattle, sheep, goats, hogs, and other animals of like or
larger size.
