AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-25 AND
REPEALING SECTION 25-18 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TO ALLOW A PUBLIC DANCE HALL LICENSE AND
AN ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE ON THE SAME
PREMISES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 4-25 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby
amended so that it shall read as follows :
"Section 4-25. It shall be unlawful to dance in any prem-
ises where alcholic beverages are sold, except in premises on
which there is a current valid public dance hall license."
SECTION 2. Section 25-18 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby
repealed.
