ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29-24 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES WHICH ESTABLISHES
SPEED LIMITS FOR TRAINS WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Paragraph (4) of Section 29-24 of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended so that it shall read as follows:
" (4) 35 miles per hour from a point 2000 feet west of
Vermont Avenue to the west city limits; this includes both the
main tracks parallel to Old Iowa Park highway and its main con-
nection to the old Wichita Valley line. "
