AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND
TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 011-091-4595, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the un-
appropriated General Fund the sum of $22,000 which shall be
placed in Account Number 011-091-4595.
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now or will shortly
become due and that it is essential for the immediate use of the
City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this ordi-
nance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
