AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNTS
NUMBER 11-344-5240 AND NUMBER 11-014-
5450 , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund the sum of $8 ,500 , which shall be placed in the following
account numbers :

11-344-5240 Purchase Street ROW $3 ,200
11-014-5450 Computer Cable
Interconnect 5,300
TOTAL $8 ,500
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls
creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effect-
ive immediately upon its passage.
