AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 6-15 THROUGH
6-17 , AND SECTIONS 6-28 THROUGH 6-33 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
WHICH SECTIONS PROVIDE FOR LICENSING AND REPORTS
OF BICYCLES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Sections 6-15 through 6-17 , and Sections 6-28 through
6-33 , of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls,
which sections provide for the licensing and reports of
bicycles, are hereby repealed.
