ORDINANCE NO. ,,X7(
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING
THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF INGRESS AND
EGRESS ACROSS FORT WORTH AND DENVER
RAILROAD AT RADIO LANE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls deems it advisable and in the public interest to close
the public right of ingress and egress across the Fort Worth
and Denver Railroad at Radio Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. The public right of ingress and egress across
the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad to the street known as
Radio Lane be, and is hereby closed and abandoned.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and
after the time that new Loop 11 (North Beverly) is opened for
public travel.
