Res 079-2014 7/15/2014RESOLUTION NO. 79-2014 Resolution authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 to the McNiel Drainage and Southwest Parkway Intersection Improvements Project (CWF13-552-01; TxDOT #0802-02-052) in the deductive amount of $66,590.68 WHEREAS, North Texas Contracting, Inc. in coordination with City staff , has agreed to modifications to the original design of the McNiel Drainage and Southwest Parkway Intersection Improvements Project (CWF13 -552-01; TxDOT #0802-02-052); WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will decrease the contract $66,590.68 for a revised cost of $6,492,076.32; and WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The attached Change Order No. 1 to the McNiel Drainage and Southwest Parkway Intersection Improvements Project (CWF13-552-01; TxDOT #0802-02-052) is approved, in the deductive amount of $66,590.68, and the City Manager is authorized to execute said change order.
