AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF OF F 1'HE CITY 0_ WIC,I-VITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $ 797 250 which shall be placed in the
following project numbers:

1. 352 - Surface Treatment $ 35,000
2. 354 - Street Reconstruciton____ 183,000
3. 371 - Assessment Paving 10D,000
4. 372 - Sub-Standard Structures 9,250
5. 590 - Traffic Signalization 50,000
6. 055 - Library Microfilm 10,000
7. 350 - Street Surface Overlay 35,000
8. 379 - Kell Right-of-Way 375,000

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
