ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TIME OF THE
REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF
ALDERMEN ON OCTOBER 16, 1973 FROM
10: 00 O'CLOCK A.M. TO 2 :30 O'CLOCK
P.M.
WHEREAS, Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Wichita Falls provides that the regular meeting
times of the Board of Aldermen, except the first meeting in
April, shall be the first Tuesday and third Tuesday of each
month at 10: 00 o' clock a.m. ; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen desire to change the
time of the October 16, 1973 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The time of the regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen
on October 16, 1973 is hereby changed from 10: 00 o'clock a.m.
to 2 : 30 o'clock p.m.
This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure,
and it shall become effective upon its passage.
