AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING
A 10 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT IN BLOCK 22
OF C. H. FOLEY' S SUBDIVISION OF A
50 ACRE TRACT OUT OF THE J. R. COOK
SURVEY, ABSTRACT 40.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest
to close the hereinafter described 10 foot wide sanitary
sewer easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain 10 foot wide sanitary sewer easement in Block
22 of C. H. Foley' s Subdivision of a 50-acre tract of land out
of the J. R. Cook Survey, Abstract 40, which easement was
conveyed to and is described in that certain instrument re-
corded in Volume 1143 , Page 585 , Deed Records of Wichita
County, Texas, is hereby closed and abandoned.
