ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-157
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO IN-
CLUDE SEX 'DISCRIMINATION IN THE
JURISDICTION OF THE HUMAN RELA-
TIONS COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
Section 2-157 , Paragraph (1) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended so that it
shall read as follows:
" (1) Advise and consult with the Board of Aldermen on all
matters involving racial, religious, sex or ethnic discrimina-
tion, and devise practices for equal opportunity. "
